Processing Time
Most Salty Sway Creations products are individually made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order ships. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Orders are shipped using USPS. Available shipping services and estimated transit times will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.
Please note that the delivery time shown at checkout is the estimated shipping transit time after your order has been produced. The 3–5 business-day production period is additional.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders of $75 or more. Available expedited or upgraded shipping options may still be displayed at checkout for an additional charge.
Tracking Your Order
Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped. Please allow time for USPS to scan and update tracking information after your package is accepted by the carrier.
Shipping Delays
Carrier delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Salty Sway Creations is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, severe weather, holidays, incorrect delivery information, or other circumstances outside our control.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please contact us as soon as possible if you discover an error in your shipping address. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change or redirect the delivery.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or you experience a problem with your shipment, please contact us at saltyswaycreations@gmail.com with your order number and, when applicable, photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to determine the appropriate next steps.
International Shipping
International shipping options, when available, are displayed at checkout. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. International delivery times may vary due to customs processing.
